Repair Protocol

An intelligent hair reconstruction system based on molecular restoration. Each step replenishes what damage took away: proteins first, then lipids. The final step recreates the surface cuticle layer and seals the result.

Hair does not just look cared for. Step by step it becomes stronger, more elastic, glossier and smoother.

Navigation by damage level

Two protocols, one system

Step 0 and Step 3 are shared. Steps 1 and 2 change with the damage level, so the stylist tailors the treatment to the hair in the chair.

Limba Cosmetics Repair Protocol Step 1A Amino Infusion Treatment, 500 ml

Step 1A · Protein reconstructionAmino Infusion Treatment

For natural hair or hair colored in one tone. A complex of amino acids, proteins and a peptide works at the level of the cortex and inner cuticle, settling into weak areas and rebuilding the hair's natural framework from within.

  • Hair feels denser and resists breakage
  • Elasticity returns: hair stretches and springs back
  • Less static, easier to manage

Limba Cosmetics Repair Protocol Step 1B Amino Rebuild Treatment, 500 ml

Step 1B · Protein reconstructionAmino Rebuild Treatment

For bleached or colored hair and hair after chemical or heavy heat damage. Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate works on deep cortex damage, while amino acids and hydrolysed keratin, wheat, rice and silk proteins fill micro-damage along the whole length.

  • Hair feels less porous, with natural shine and smoothness

Limba Cosmetics Repair Protocol Step 2A Lipid Balance Treatment, 500 ml

Step 2A · Lipid reconstructionLipid Balance Treatment

A complex of oils and lipids, including 18-MEA, binds the cuticle layers, makes hair elastic and restores the lipid balance of the cell membrane complex. Working with the protein step, it seals the result and keeps hair moisturized for longer.

  • Hair stands up better to humidity, friction and heat
  • Moisture stays inside, so hair stays elastic
  • Smooth hair that reflects light evenly

Limba Cosmetics Repair Protocol Step 2B Lipid Shield Treatment, 500 ml

Step 2B · Lipid reconstructionLipid Shield Treatment

Intensive lipid and ceramide therapy that rebuilds the protective barrier of very porous hair. Ceramides and lipids restore the cuticle and form a durable outer layer that brings back the hair's natural water resistance.

  • Denser hair that is less affected by damaging factors
  • Hair holds moisture more effectively
  • A smooth, silky feel that lasts

How the treatment works

Step 0 · Cleanse in two stages

  1. Scalp. Apply the shampoo to hair and roots, massage gently over the scalp, lather well and rinse.
  2. Lengths. Apply along the lengths without massaging the roots. Rinse gently and thoroughly.

Steps 1 and 2 · Proteins, then lipids

  1. Apply. Divide damp hair into thin sections and apply evenly.
  2. Leave on. 15–20 minutes with extra heat: thermal cap, climazone or hood dryer, no hotter than 45 °C.
  3. Finish. Rinse with plenty of water.

Step 3 · Seal the result

  1. Distribute. Spray over damp hair in thin sections along the full length. Leave for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Dry. Blow-dry the hair completely.
  3. Seal. Pass a flat iron over each section 5–10 times at up to 200 °C, or use a round brush on high heat.

For professional use only. Repair Protocol is carried out by trained stylists.
