1. Seller

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation: for card orders, after payment. If a product is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. Delivery fees are shown before you place the order.

4. Payment

Card online through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), right after you place the order. We start preparing a card order once it is paid; card orders not paid within 24 hours are cancelled automatically. If you collect your order at our office, you can pay there in cash or by card.

7. Using the products
